Our policy aligns with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA) while protecting the integrity of customized industrial gear.
- Branded & Customized Goods: Any items that have been embroidered, screen-printed, or custom-manufactured to client specifications are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please ensure sizes and artworks are approved before production.
- Unbranded Items: Returns of standard, unbranded items are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, undamaged packaging and have not been worn.
- Handling Fees: All returns of correctly supplied unbranded goods are subject to a 20% restocking and handling fee.
- Defective Goods: If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect, it will be replaced or repaired in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty.
