All formal quotations issued by Msimanga Vision are subject to the following:
- Validity: Quotations are valid for 7 business days unless otherwise stated.
- Stock Availability: Quotations do not guarantee stock. Availability is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed Purchase Order (PO) or proof of payment.
- Exchange Rate Fluctuations: For imported PPE and industrial components, pricing is subject to ZAR exchange rate fluctuations. Msimanga Vision reserves the right to adjust final invoicing if the exchange rate shifts by more than 2% between the quote date and the order date.
- Errors & Omissions: Errors and Omissions Excepted (E&OE).
